someone new to the area, who at first, had
no axe to grind, the evidence is too over

running for city council touch this hot issue?
Will the Henderson Police Department address
the issue and acknowledge the problem even exist?
Does anyone in the city or in charge of the
department really care or give a shit?

And I really hate to mention it because I
honestly respect and admire professional police
work and have seen some of that in Henderson
& LV too, these past going on 4 months. But
I have to mention the state police speed trap
and SHOW OF FARCE* with 9 motorcycle
officers in front of the downhill grade right at the
Fiesta Hotel and Casino during their WE LOVE
LOCALS campaign.
* really a congested and dangerous spot to pull
a stunt like that. Not to mention the damage
done to a local and important part of the
business community and economy.
Jesus 9 of you could not even find a flat piece of
ground and give the drivers a fighting chance?
A classic SPEED TRAP.
To the Fiesta Casino: I will be turning in my new
club card, my chance for a free car and all those
discounted buffets I was looking forward too
while I avoid this exit into Henderson, NV at all
cost in the future.
Not too worry looks like your state budget has
plenty of funding and law enforcement
can fill my void easily. We know the money
isn't going for social services don't we?

I was caught in an earlier
ReplyDeleteone on Warm Springs Rd and
Lake Mead doing 24 miles in
a 15 mile zone with my black
assistant at my side and my
elect Obama sticker on my car.
(we had been looking at properties for over an hour) and drove into
this rather obvious speed trap
with three crossing guards, and
two (that I saw before even stopping) police cars.
When you turn on Warm Springs from
Palo Verde I believe it's pretty
hard to miss the pile of teddy bears and flower arrangements present at the cross walk. Only a
fool would speed through the area
on a school day through an obvious
speed control spot. The question is
why was the car with Nevada plates
allowed to speed off the cross walk and outta of range while I was targeted as I carefully left the same spot. Perhaps it was
just the California plates the
ticket bail offer is too good to
pass up for out of staters...

Freedom is hard and when you seek to protect your own liberty by taking the liberty of others when they have not harmed you then you accomplish taking away either your liberty or the liberty of your children. Foolish.
